I was on Macau beach in honkong last few month ago.Here an American company Las Vegas sends corp. has macau's largest gambling center with 3035 room known as venetian macau.The owner of this company Shelden adelson is an American billionaire.I got the chance to talk to him for 1 hour(he was there that time).He shared some secret with me .He said to me I know when i will going to be the American no.2 and then no.1 richest person.
This 73 year old man really has a confident ,i mean you can see confidence in him the way he stands ,the way he walks ,everything.He has more than 50 billion dollar properties with him.I asked a very simple question to adelson that are you going to open a hotel in India.He instantly gave me the answer-why not.( i thought he was waiting for me to ask such question).If government of India gives me a permission to open casino with a hotel.He said but India looks little difficult to me because of its political corruption.
Then i said -That is not a big problem for you.You also earn money by managing gambling centre and all this is same like corruption.Than adelson replied to me -I don't do gambling business i simply do a gaming business.
He asked to me -does Indian love the game of cricket .
I said -yes
He said-then why they gamble on it.
Why people of India buy lotteries(buy ticket for money in order to get big amount of money)to open their luck,to become rich without knowing is it going to give anything or not.
These all are a part of gaming business not gambling business.
Old adelson in the age of 73 is ready to see some new big dreams.He has introduced gambling business as an gaming business.This shows how hard he works for his gambling business.

Moral of the story is that if you work hard to reach at certain point then you will also come to know when you will be the next richest of the country or the world.

yesreday i was coming from a party one of my friend asked me .what is a diffrence between leaders and managers they are one and the same thing.I started thinking and i took him to my house and I said him to ask the same question to my sister.she is HR manager,she stuck on this question .I worried no one knows the answer of this question strange.

But suddenly one thing strike on my mind,my uncle was a politics leader .I started to walk to him in order to get the answer of this question and when i gone in front of him he said I know why are you here.I said how do you know .he said 1 hour ago you sister came to me and asked the same question for which you are here.

He gave me the answer of the question in a very simple way and i understood instantly.He said that -The difference between leaders and managers is that leaders do not set limits on themselves. There are enough people trying to limit what you can do. Don't be one of them.

Then with this answer some things came to my mind-
1.Leader is what that thinks about others.but manager thinks about himself.
2.Leader always have followers but managers don't .
3.Managers limit themselfs only on one work,as work compleates they are free.
4.But leader can't limit himself because leader has responsibility of others i.e his followers.
5.Leader can posses management quality but managers mainly doesn't include leadership qualities. In other words leader can be a manager but all manager can't be a leader.
6.leader is what inborn quality but manager is made quality.(made by studies).

Now i want to ask every one what you want to be.Leader and Manager.

With the day-to-day activities that we do for our jobs, families, friends, co-workers, and so much more that we have to deal with, we sometimes find that we barely have time for ourselves to just sit back and relax. And because of all this, we get stressed out and just wish that the day were over. But, we have to deal with it because it is a part of our modern life.

One of the best stress management tips is that you explore your artistic side; either you sit down for at least five to ten minutes and write down on a paper everything that has been troubling you. You can write it in a form of creative writing like essays or poems and it will instantly serve as a therapy for you. You will be surprised that writing can also help you clear out your head and help you find solutions for what's been troubling you.


Another great stress management tip is to just take three minutes or more from time to time, whether you are in a bus, subway, or just about anywhere even if you are on the go and listen to your favorite music. What you might want to do is get one of those new mp3 players and you can instantly get access to your favorite music wherever you go and just listening to it will light up your mood, soothe your mind, and help you relax.




Pamper Yourself


And last but not the least, probably the best stress management tip that you can do is to pamper yourself and schedule a once a week trip to the nearest spa salon and ask for a body massage. It will instantly calm your mind and tensed muscles, ease the pain and spasms you may be having.


And do not forget, with this stress management tip, you can always ask your friends to be with you on a trip to the spa and spend a day just relaxing and chilling out. There were two friends A & B doing work in same office but A was at higher post and he was very confident about it that he retains high value than his friend and used to do only what he think better without the consent of other.He(A) achived this position because he was friend of his boss.Time was going well with A. Anyway let’s see what happened next-

One day A’s superior gave the (task) work to both of them to know who is better between A & B. And gave the time limit of 7 days. Everyone in the office came to know about this task and they started talking that no one can do this work sooner and better in this office.

B begin his work with full dedication on the same day. And as the time was in favour of B so he decided to do work little later. Next day CEO the superior of both told them to finish the work tomorrow (only 1 day left with them 3/7) .Time left with both was very less.

Now both decided what to do? Either they should go to their boss and tell him that they can’t do this work or should they complete the work and handle it to boss.

B was aware of such a situation so without wasting time he almost compeleted his work. And A didn’t complete his work.

A came to B to see what B is doing and B suggests A not to do any illegal activity but A was not going to listen anyone and took a action in hurry (made similar copy of B's work)and submitted his work to his boss before B. But boss caught A (in case of fraud) and terminated from his post and office.

Moral of this simple story is-

Anyone can steer the ship in calm waters. What will set you apart in your career is how you perform during the tough times. Don't become complacent and relax just because things are going well. Plan ahead for the downturn.

1.If you try to repeat something related to you again and again people will recognize you by the same.for ex-me people recognise me as management guru. people recognise Gandhiji as ahinsa pujari.

2.second way is to make your look something special so that people recognise you by your look. It could be your heir style ,your dress code etc.

3. Third way is to work always for some main reason with selfless motive.for ex- one of my friend always give some part of his income in charity so people know him by this. you can do anything else like feeding to some animal etc.

4.coordinate yourself with good brand.for ex-when you show your friend that i like that thing , in that case some people take you from that prospective view.

5.Always behave well wherever you are at whatever position you are at.

moral- conclusion here is that you should work in a way that make you that show you as brand ,because good people always follow good brand.

This might be useless for some or some one think it as unimportant.But it is for those who want themselves to be recognised by someone or by everyone.

1. a person should never be HONEST and DUPE.Bcoz-this is same like a tree ,a straight tree always cuts first similarly a honest and dupe person always become victim of someone.
2. we should not think every snake as adder(danger snake).
3. Most important funda-Never ever share your secret with anybody.Bcoz if you can't keep your secret within you how can you trust another person.
4. before starting any work ask from yourself three things-
a)-why i am doing this work?
b)- what will be the result of this work?
c)-whether i will be success in this work or not.

5.No one is great by birth,a person become great by his work.

LESSON-2 -Belive in practical approaches
once upon a time a manager ask 2 candidates how much water is in the bulb,
1st person took length, bredth, height & calculated and after that said - it require 20 min.
2nd person took the bulb & pour it in measuring jar ,it require hardly 1 min.
so with this short story we get that we should always beleive in practicle aspect of work rather than theoritically aspects.
LESSON-3
One fine day, a bus driver went to the bus garage, started his bus, and drove off along the route. No problems for the first few stops - a few people got on, a few got off, and things went generally well.At the next stop, however, a big hulk of a guy got on. Six feet eight, built like a wrestler, arms hanging down to the ground. He glared at the driver and said, "Big John doesn't pay!" and sat down at the back.Did I mention that the driver was five feet three, thin, and basically meek? Well, he was. Naturally, he didn't argue with Big John, but he wasn't happy about it. The next day the same thing happened - Big John got on again, made a show of refusing to pay, and sat down. And the next day, and the next…This grated on the bus driver, who started losing sleep over the way Big John was taking advantage of him. Finally he could stand it no longer. He signed up for body building courses, karate, judo, and all that good stuff.By the end of the summer, he had become quite strong; what's more, he felt really good about himself. 1. Project Manager is a Person who thinks nine women can deliver a baby in One Month.
2. Developer is a Person who thinks it will take 18 months to deliver a Baby.
3. On site Coordinator is one who thinks single woman can deliver nine babies in one month.
4. Tester is a person who always tells his wife that this is not the Right baby.
5. Marketing Manager is a person who thinks he can deliver a baby even if no man and woman are available.
6. Resource Optimization Team thinks they don't need a man or woman; they'll produce a child with zero resources.
7. Documentation Team thinks they don't care whether the child is delivered, they'll just document 9 months.
8. Quality Auditor is the person who is never happy with the PROCESS to Produce a baby .

Lesson-1
A priest offered a Nun a lift. She got in and crossed her legs, forcing her gown to reveal a leg. The priest nearly had an accident. After controlling the car, he stealthily slid his hand up her leg.
The nun said, “Father, remember Psalm 129?” The priest removed his hand.
But, changing gears, he let his hand slide up her leg again. The nun once again said, “Father, remember Psalm 129?”
The priest apologized “Sorry sister but the flesh is weak.” Arriving at the convent, the nun sighed heavily and went on her way.
On his arrival at the church, the priest rushed to look up Psalm 129. It said, “Go forth and seek, further up, you will find glory.”

Moral of the story: If you are not well informed in your job, you might miss a great opportunity.
