Success takes a long way:

Yes we are talking about success.Many of you or must say all of you are related to management field.Where every one need to understand that success doesn't come in fun.It takes a long way.

A true leader,manager is who knows this fact.

Let's start directly with a short story.We will not waste time .It's precious.

One day one man ( whose work was to cut stone into pieces with only a hammer) and it was is only work to survive.One day he was broking a very large stone into small pieces .He started his work.He hit the hammer once, twice,.......so on till 100 But stone was not broking.But he did not stop because he knew that success takes a time and if he keeps trying continuously .He will going to brake.As soon as he hit the 101th hammer the stone broke into several pieces.

So what you understand with this is you must keep trying .You will be success one day.Success comes to everyone who tries but it takes a long way.

Let's take my story.I am writing this blog.In starting there was no response.And you don't like the work where there is no feedback.But as this is my hobby and as i known as management guru so this is my responsibility to give people every time something new. This is time when i am having subscribers after 26 posts.And this post are different from other .


SO funda is-You must keep trying .You will definitely achieve success.AS i said success takes a long way.

Every person (having less qualities) should receive the same importance as other people get(posses good qualities).

When you give honor to somebody.it inspires him.If you behave good with other,Then more than half of them will be ready for you to do anything.By this the mean is you must clarify them that their sentiments/feelings are valuable.

A well known poet Mr.Rolf voldo Emerson has said-Every person should be known either he posses good qualities in him/her or not.He/she has a right to live his/her precious life like other do.

I would like to end this with here beacuse there is no end of it but the thing we should know is-

1). Respect every one's work/feelings/sentiments and see the result .

2).Don't ever think that you have no good qualities.You have good qualities but other don't recognizes it.

:) You must respect others whatever his work is.This is important. At least give a try if you have not done it before.

Here is the short story for those who wants to read it :-)

There were two business men searching for a craftsman in the village. A and B

A was rude person.For him the feelings of others worth nothing.( owner of a company )

B was polite and very kind person.( owner of b company )

They both went to a village.Start their search for craft man.A seen a boy and asked him to show his work.And then he will decide what to do with him.

He started his work with his old machines and as he finished.A said this is old technique you don't have guts , no one will like these designs.By saying this A left him and went to other.He didn't see his experience in that work and ignored his neat and clean work.

But B recognized his work and said "your work is good i am impressed but you need some technology"

After searching long A & B went to their respective works.After 1 Year B's business got failed.He had no work to do.

But one day that craftsman meet him and said-"sir one day you recognized me for my work but i have today everything.And I would like you to please give me job.
B said-"I have no business how can i give you job".
That craftsman said-" No problem sir i am good in my work and you are in yours .The resources/funds will be mine but you will own it.Craftsman forced him to do that and within one year they both become millionaire and were working as a partner.

But B was still doing business on the level he was doing prior.

So now you can understand the power of respecting others their feelings,works etc.

I made this story short but my aim is to give you the overview.

Set your behavior in accordance with situation

The true leader is only one who know when to adopt a flexible behavior and when strong.

Last one day I was turning the pages of my quotation book. Suddenly my eyes got stop on a quota of Mr.Evert Durksen-"I don’t alter my principle and don't ever do any compromise with them".

My first principle is to remain flexible according to situation means behave according to situation.

Really his words were admirable and were an object lesson. By this I mean his words motivated me. We all begin our life with nothing it's just like plain paper. But as we work continuously we build our own rules, regulation and principles. And according to them we work in our life. And I don't think that we realize our mistake in lifespan.
And when one tells us about our mistake we starts defending us and rather understanding we attacks on him to stop him. DON’T US.

We always think that we know everything. And this is the time when we felt wrench our ego again and again.

In this term one thing you should remember. When we stop our learning process, we stop our growth.

Don't hesitate to learn from your colleague. Your ego and hesitation should not come while you learn.

Funda is-You can lead a team but as a leader you should behave according to situation. You should adopt flexible approach towards the goal. A true leader knows when to behave as polite and when to behave as strong. This is what a leader is. Lead the team.

Success = Goal + dedication + Hardwork

When we have goal and when we remain loyal, dedicated and hard working toward it. This is sign of successful person.

One day a person asked to a nepolian, what is reason behind your success. Do you have any magical power behind it.Nepolian says yes i have a magical prayer behind my successful life.With the help of this prayer i get a power to choose my goal and when our goal is good and we remain dedicated to it we become successful surely.

In short words i pray this- Success = Goal + dedication + hard work .

This is true you can feel it short and useless but it is true just remember this rule S=G+D+H.

Whatever you do, just see it from future point of view.

Before doing and saying anything just observe it what will be the effect of it in the future. Sometimes innocent work and word becomes a major problem. And by the time we notice it its gets very late.

Mind it its truth let me give you a story.

There was a teacher. One day he took out honey from a jar and spread it on a stem of a tree. He wants to show his students that how some insects get attracts to that honey. After that practical class teacher and students went to their homes respectively. But that honey was attracting insects and honey bee as well. One cat was not able to resist herself by seeing the insects. That cat started catching them. By seeing cat a dog come to catch that cat. The cat gets injured.
The owner of cat, as he sees that his cat is crying he came to protect her cat. He started beating the dog.
And now dog was crying so the owner of dog came there to protect his dog. And after some time the whole village gathered there and divided into two groups-

1.Cat lover group
2.Dog lover group

but one good person manage to handle the situation and stopped a big village war.

In Corporate life we see these situations every now and than. Where one sends a message according to him (positive) and by the time it reaches to end person its meaning gets change. Its gets converted into negative.

In this story, that teacher was unaware of what his one innocent move going to take in future. It became the cause of war for the villagers.

Funda is-Before doing anything, we should think on it what will be the result of that. Especially when it is related to corporate and society.

Want good result from some one,admire him.

When you admire someone's work then that person performs better. And every person likes to hear good compliment. Every person wants that people should recognize his/her work. And this is a truth even you also wants the same sometimes.

If you live in a joint family you can learn this trick in home itself as family members try to give compliments even in small-small things of others.

Let me tell you through a small story. It is a talk of some years ago when I used to just stay at my opinion and for me above topic was wrong or say useless. But one incident happened to me and after that I agree that it worth.

Some year ago a boy after completing his graduation joined our organization. He was very effervescent personality. In the first week of his presentation he prepared a presentation and came to me. I liked his work but I felt lots of mistake in it and it was required little bit more attention. I was going to give him my feedback but one of my colleagues took me to his cabin and told me to give lots of good compliment to his work and after that say him what you want. I did it but I was thinking it as useless. But when the boy came to me after two days with his presentation it became very good. And After that I agreed that if you recognize a person's work he works really hard to impress you next time.


Funda is-Admiring someone work can give you good result.Try it yourself.

NOTE: Try to avoid over recognizing as it can go otherwise.

YES to become success full in life we need to give up our bad habit.Every person has one or two bad habit but we don't consider them or even when we consider them we don't leave them and that becomes the main cause of our failure.

It could be any thing.lets take here unpunctuality.Well all of you must have heard this word before.This is a commen habit most of people contains.They don't take it seriously but it could lead them to failure.

Like every time we will understand it through a short story:

Their was a person name-Amit .He was very talented person and was a great businessman.But only bad habit he had is unpunctuality.He was growing very fast in his career i.e-Business.And his turnover reached from 1crore to 6 crore in just two month.

One day he got a offer from an international company but before signing the deal they just wanted to have a meeting to know each other better.They fixed the time in a restaurants at 8 of night.As he was having that problem to visit late he reached their at 8:30 .After reaching there
they started talk but it was not according to Amit.As international company didn't like the unpunctuality of Amit and cancel the deal.He lost what he was trying to get from so many year.This deal was very important for him but he lost.

From that time onwards he took the oth that he will leave this bad habit and will never go late anywhere.

After some time he got another offer and this time he final the deal and become a Mnc company.

Funda is- Please detect what bad habit you have and try to fix that.It is never too late to give up a bad habit.

Every successful person has its own style of living and working. And they follow it with full dedication. With the help of their experience they keep on increasing their style of living without caring what people thinks and comments on them.

I keep asking to everyone who comes in contact to me. What is rule, clue of their success? Every one told me, Share with me their tips of success.
I am discussing here the common thing which everybody had said to me.

1. Don’t limit your creativity and hobby:

whatever your field is. Whether you are in sports, arts, politics.The only thing that takes you to the success are you creativity. Never ever let die your creativity. This is the only thing that will take you to the success surely.



2. Keep your eyes on goal:

This has been seen that after getting little success, people get distract from their path. To remain success full this is very important to always keep your eyes on only one goal until you get it accomplish.


3. Dont leave your ethical value:

To remain successful, a person should never leave his ethical values. When a person starts showing off and gets proudy, it is a start of his unsuccessful life. So it is very important to have moral & ethical values.


4. Live healthy and happy life:

Success comes with lots of pain. So there is a quote which all of you need to learn-"Healthy mind lives in a healthy body”. Make a good way of working and live a life that makes you happy and keep you fresh everyday.


Funda is-Every successful person possesses a different way of living and working and which they follow with dedication. With the help of their experience they keep on increasing their style of living and that too without caring what people comment on them. And most important thing is they don't copy others and try to learn from others.

NEVER LEAVE HOPE
When our hearts see positive vision , dedication and self-confidence toward our goal then any obstruction can’t come in the path of success.

We will understand it through a short story.

Once upon a time, some enemies covered a village .Then the commandant of that village visits to king of that village and says sir the enemy has more force power than us. We have less chance of victory. So it will be better for us to get back because we have no other option left with us .In the meanwhile one saint comes there and said to king that this commandant is breaking your confidence. Suspend him form his post now and make me commandant in place of him. I will take your force and I am confident that I will win this battle surely. The king thought for a while and realizes that this saint is saying with so much confidence let give him a try. And the king gave the position of commandant to that saint. Saint took the force for battle. There was a temple in the mid of the road. Saint took them to that temple and said see if god wants us to win that we will win surely .
Then he took out a coin from his pocket and start a trick(tossing of coin) .he said to everybody if we got head side of coin then we'll win. And if coin falls with tails side then we will go back from here.
By saying this saint tossed the coin and got head. Saint said see got wants us to win this.
He tossed the coin again got head and said again those words.
He tossed it for third time and again got head and again said see we will win surely. With this trick the force got confident and took the field. In very short time they won the battle.
Then saint solved his trick -he said victory solely depends on you on your confidence .You won this battle because of this confidence. And to awake this trust ,this confidence in you I done that trick-if the coin falls with head side we will win. But in actual the both side of coin was same i.e. HEAD.

Moral or Fonda of the story is that we should never ever leave hope. Victory solely depends on us, in our confidence, in our trust,dedication.If we have this in us no one can beat us.

Take delectation of rhythm in your work.

If a person do some work with rhythm, then he never feels bored in his work.
You tired of your work only when your mind feels that work anodyne. Your mind gets bored and gets tired without doing anything .The best solution to get rid of this problem is to do that work by heart. Put yourself completely in that work .By doing so you will feel a rhythm in your work and you will work better.

One of my friends a businessman .He told me that the best employees in this factory are those who have learnt to work with these machines flawlessly. He told me if a person does a work with his machines rhythmically than he never gets tired of that work .When you love your machine and when you understand it completely then you feels a rhythm in that work. It is same as body, nerves, and soul.
Typewriter, computer, car, your work –everything has a rhythm. So to get rid of tiredness that you find in your work is to do that work rhythmically.

The result of this will be that you can’t imagine you will feel fresh even after doing work 24 hours a day.

Appearance Matters a lot.

It may be a sad commentary on our superficial society, but appearance does matter.
Yes we are talking about appearance. How things looks from outside .Its not only applicable to humans but it applies to every thing that has some response. Here response I mean- what people think about that particular thing makes judgment whether it is good or bed.

We will understand it through some examples.

1. You are going to a restaurant for dinner with someone (here some one is whom you like) so in that case you will not like to take that person to that place which look like hell. Where you can’t even think about of sitting how can a person eat there? .NO one. But if that same restaurant becomes five star next day, serving well, everything is perfect than you will want to go in that.

2. Similarly it happens to humans. For ex- you are a gold medalist MBA professional but if you are not carrying your appearance according to that, other person might judge you wrong or that other person would not give you much importance.

It is well said –First impression is the last impression.

3. We can take another example for better understanding. You are going for a job interview. You would not like to go in some casual wear. It is not advisable what to wear .Everybody knows what to wear for an job interview but suppose if someone go for it in casual wear or anything not formal, or we can say formal but wrong colour (ex) what impression will he give to interviewer.

And it applies to every field whether it's the packaging on your product, meeting to someone the first impression you make when calling on a new client, or your company's web site people notice how things look. They care about how things look and make judgments about you and/or your product based on appearance.

Funda is appearance matters a lot .Now you should consider your appearance before doing anything.

“Person who never let his memories to go over him, he never becomes old. It is in your memories that you have become 80 years old. Dreams are more necessary than your memories because Dreams decides your future.”

In today’s world there is a generation who has less memories but they have more dreams. who could be this generation? Yes this is new generation.

Here memories I mean the folk memories,howling,failure etc.
With dreams I mean here path of success, great expectations joy, happiness etc.

If you will live with your memories you can’t become successful, you will never find a path of success. For that we really need dreams.

In most of the work new generations finds success why? This is because they don’t have time for their memories. You feel worried about something only due to these memories(for ex- we got loss in something and if we do that work again and if get loss in that work again)most of us think like this and we don’t do that work even we don’t want to think about that.just want to forget everything that’s wrong.

We actually sometimes get overconfidence due to these memories .might be possible you have done something great in the past that has nothing to deal with present but you get overconfident yes I have done this work before 20 years ago say.But if your work is that great that other people reminds it and you become popular and you are still popular than it is good but if it remains upto you and people have nothing to do with it than it is useless. And it effects you also ,as your minds just gets stuck to that only and you get nothing.
And then what happens you ask from your 20 year old brain to do that work but you find yourself helpless.
THIS IS TRUE YOU CAN IMPLEMENT IT IN YOUR LIFE.JUST ATLEST TRY IT.

Funda is that what you see in your dreams and what you want to achive that decides you future .once you have achieved something than it is a part of your memories but you have to leave it there forever and try to establish new dreams because-
