Set your behavior in accordance with situation
The true leader is only one who know when to adopt a flexible behavior and when strong.
Last one day I was turning the pages of my quotation book. Suddenly my eyes got stop on a quota of Mr.Evert Durksen-"I don’t alter my principle and don't ever do any compromise with them".
My first principle is to remain flexible according to situation means behave according to situation.
Really his words were admirable and were an object lesson. By this I mean his words motivated me. We all begin our life with nothing it's just like plain paper. But as we work continuously we build our own rules, regulation and principles. And according to them we work in our life. And I don't think that we realize our mistake in lifespan.
And when one tells us about our mistake we starts defending us and rather understanding we attacks on him to stop him. DON’T US.
We always think that we know everything. And this is the time when we felt wrench our ego again and again.
In this term one thing you should remember. When we stop our learning process, we stop our growth.
Don't hesitate to learn from your colleague. Your ego and hesitation should not come while you learn.
Funda is-You can lead a team but as a leader you should behave according to situation. You should adopt flexible approach towards the goal. A true leader knows when to behave as polite and when to behave as strong. This is what a leader is. Lead the team.
