Before writing about it first let me ask you this- How much time you spend to start doing some work ?
Answer: Too much.
Why waste time.Just as the heading suggest just do it means stop thinking about doing some work just do it.
Just dive in. Just do something. Just eat it. Just make some art. Just make a move. Just say hi. Just start asking people. Just start the story. Just begin the book.
Don't stop yourself by not knowing how to do a thing.Just start doing you will soon realize you have done it.
The moment you get an idea just write it on a paper , don't just think, write it first - whole idea.Then your work will be less to do the work.
SO what i just mean is if you will keep thinking whether you should a work or not, and more questions like this- you will end up doing nothing. So don't think just do it.
Yesterday i was watching a show called- " Fabulous life" .This show present the life styles of rich people.After watching that i asked a question to my self - What i have ? Nothing . But after that serial ( see the game of god ) - showed me the brighter side of what i have and then i realized that what we have is not less. We are rich. yes you are rich.
Now you guys are thinking - how can you say that ? So i will not say anything more but i will show you the truth - And i thanks for that to god.

1.You didn't go to sleep hungry last night.
2. you have house/shelter to live. where we can sleep easily. no sleeping outside.
3. you had a choice of what to wear.
4.You hardly broke a sweat today.
5.you have access to drink clean water . i.e U/V filter.
6.You have access to medical care.
7.You have access to internet.
8. You have access to entertainment.
9.You have right to choose your president./prime minister , or CM etc.
10.You have access to share your word with some one.
There are lots of things that we can see around us and other don't have . So we should see our life for what we have and should thank god to giving us such a bless full life.
Successful person. yes we are talking about tips that we should know to become a good / successful person in life . Well everybody wants to become a successful person in life.I too , So today i am gonna tell you the tips i learned from circumstances, from friends, etc. These tips are not any rule or something that we can find in any book , these are just some simple tips that we can get from our environment but we don't consider it or say we don't realize it. So here are these tips.-
1.Become someone people can't ignore: I am saying, become a person with which peoples want to live/stay. It only possible if your are interesting, good listener, creative, relaxed/cool, good heart etc.
2.Believe that you R welcome everywhere: wherever you go just have a feeling that you are welcome here.no matter what people are thinking.
3.Become trust worthy: I hope you can understand what i mean.
4.Don't change yourself to make other comfortable:Sure, you adapt to the situation to honor the needs and traditions of others. BUT, you remain true to yourself. Remember: Just because someone’s sense of self is threatened by your person hood doesn’t mean you need to change EVERYTHING to make them happy. ( Whom are you changing for? Is important here.)
5.Don't just be passionate , remain passionate to that work.It is very important and hard to stic with some work.
6. Listen more, say less.
7.Love people who doesn't like you.
8. Don't be normal person.
9. Start conversation with smile.
These were some things you must remember.
As we know selling a product has always been a tough task and selling is very important task. Because - "what will we earn if we don't sell something".So here are some tips to carry selling function most effectively or can say to increase sales.
1.Always try to provide innovative product:
Now lots of people will be confuse here- innovative product .What if product is same in nature every where.But by innovation i mean try to provide customer your product in a different manner than competitor.You can do this by either comparing your product with competitor's or you can use help of design ,modification , different packaging etc.
2.Know your customers: Try to know about your customers in deeply what they want, how will they behave,are they brand conscious etc.Then approach accordingly.
3.Start with biggest benefit:
Ask yourself what biggest benefit you can offer to your customer ? Make that biggest benefit your strongest selling appeal. You can use that selling appeal into your ads , use it in your sales letter. publish it in your website, Audio- video promotion etc whatever your promotion campaign is.
4.Present comparison of your product:
Present the comparison of your product with competitors to the customer.Tell them what is good in your product , how will they be benefited by your product.Your are one step ahead from competitor and such little difference which can stimulate sales.
5.Provide value:
Customers are hungry of value. They want good product in reasonable price.Luxury is different.Give them value they are expecting from the product.For ex- You deal in mobile selling and you are giving a handset with all feature a handset should possess , customer expecting from it/happy at correct /resonable price they will surely buy.No one can stop them . Skim the price policy and other policy are now bookish. This is world of competition.
6.Provide specifics :
Marketers often describe their product or service with words like, "It's fast, easy and inexpensive". But a specific description of how fast, how easy and how inexpensive will generate more sales.
For ex- A bike catches a very fast speed in 0-20 sec. replace it with something more specific like bike catches 60km/hr in 0-20 sec . It is just example. okay.
7.After sales service: If your product is technical or something like that which need after sales service .Then you must provide a good after sales service in whatever condition .Don't give him chance to say second time. This really matters a lot. Because if they get hurt.They will not buy from you again and not only this they will never recommend you to anyone.
These were some tips that can really help to increase some sales.
yep, I am talking about your annual turn over.Well i have seen in many companies that they provide good quality product but their turn over remains minimal.I researched on it i found some mistakes they do.
Some of them are here-
1. Approachability:
We discussed a lot about it in previous two post.In that we talked about how to approach a client/customer but here i will point it on - how to approach a employee.
Employees are main role player in increasing your turn over. So ask and speak gently with your employees.
2. Provide Max. satisfaction:
Providing satisfaction to customer is important to increase company's sales but providing satisfaction to employees is as important as to customers. monetary as well as non monetary. Why so ? hmm
This is because a company/organisation can't exist without people/employees or say human resources. If you will provide them satisfaction they will give you the result that you can expact and thus can increase your turnover.
3.Provide neat work environment:
As every person and specially every employee want to work , want to live in a place which is clean,clear . So if possible provide them basic things and good working environment.As it will not only increase their creativity but will increase their efficiency.
4.Organise your work:
I have seen in so many companies specially (pvt)company, their work remains un organised and this is main reason their work efficiency decreases and turn over as well.So try to organise your work from now onwords if you don't.
5.Take advice:
Yeah, here some people thinks - What advice? we don't need advice we are good to make decisions. But this is wrong. Try to take advice of your subordinates/ friends /superiors etc whether it is big decision or small .
This is because employees will feel that they are important for organisation and it will improve your image in eyes of them and believe me they will do anything for you then. And this is not they will give extra effort to achive that thing.
6.Training:
Train your employees from time to time to increase efficency.
7. Cost cutting:
No no , i am not saying to eliminate employees from your companies.But try to find out some other way to decrease production cost and increase profit. Like excessive wastage of raw material reduce it. Bring new technology, not quantitative but qualitative work force. etc, etc.
So these were the some basic ideas.

1. Approachability:-
Yesterday we had little discussion about approachability. This is the first step that every person should use in his life .
This is what every customer want from you.And this is really help full.You can go through last post to know about approachability.
2. Make fans not customers:-
This is what almost every entrepreneur gets confused.Yes i am talking about making fans in your business not customers.Provide them something that they become your true/loyal fans.
And reason behind this is a customer can shift to other brand easily but fans remains your forever till you exist. so decide what you want to make.
3.Customer want value:-
To make customer/people your fan, provide them value for money.This is main important thing that every business man should understand " every person want value" value for money,value for service etc. they want - what ever they buy should worth the money they are spending. "Should worth something"
4. Company name:-
Yes this is another important thing that you must consider.As before giving birth to a child every mother thinks of "NAME" for her child.A real name, genuine name.Similary in business don't show public that you are new , you are non-creative, etc,etc.
SO make sure that the name of your company represent you true soul.Name should be relating to business you doing.
5. People buy people:-
Company/ organisation - as we know these are the separate legal entity. No person trust them.They buy the product on the basis, on the faith in you, they buy your product because people are selling them product.
So while dealing with the customers give them confidence that - "You are doing the right thing by buying our product."
Give your employees training of- how to talk to customer, how to convert a simple conversation into sales. etc, etc . Lots of things are there to keep eye on , to improve.
SO now let me ask you one thing- Do you think of doing these in your business.
No no, i am not talking about your wallet.
I am just saying is ,are you missing anything that stoping you to becoming a successful person in
your life, a good enreprenuer or anything like that in your field.well this is a direct case of lack in approch-ability . Yes i have seen and met with lots of people those are good at their work but they feel shy or worry meeting with someone professionally .
- They think if some thing gone wrong then what would happen ?
so my dear friends here are some points to improve your apporch-ability-
1. Try to go and meet people more and more:-
I am not talking to go meet professional people.Just go hang out with your friends,meet with friends of your friends, go to marriages, meet with lots of people.This will not only help you to remove your fear but also teaches you new different things.( Not saying talk just meet ).
2.Always have business card:-
If you dont have your business card with you please have one.This not only helps you to make good relationship with others but also helps to make brand.What if you know he is not going to call you.
3.E-mail signature:-
What ever service you use for your e-mail - have a customized signature.Think like this way.If some one want to contact you for something and at the end of mail he/she has nothing.How you will contact him.
So make sure you atleast have following things in your signature-
-Name
-Title
-atleast 2 phone number.
-company/organisation.
-mailing address.
-E mail address.
-Fax number.
-Website . If you have one. not necessary.
4.Start your conversation confidently:-
Say hello with no fear. "Fear" this word sometimes makes us very dumb and thatswhy some people never have a talk with some one.
5.Take care of your clothing sense.
6.Remember the more imitable you are, the less valueable you are.
7.The most important smile:- smile whenever you meet with someone . Atleast smile when you say ' nice to meet you' otherwise people won't think you are tellinh the truth.
8. Be available for everyone:- be available to every one whether it your subordinates, senior ( well ofcourse).
9.Make Eye contact:- make eye contact whenever you talk with some one .
thats it, Actually there are lots of thing to keep in mind but these were the common that people don't consider. what R U waiting for.Enjoy.

Now you guys will be thinking what is it, what the hack it is i am talking about.
well It is not the about internet marketing or any bookish thing.Its very common and we all know
but we dont apply it or you can say we don't want to apply it.
It is just one word .Yes it is " honesty" As we know " honesty is the best policy".
Believe me most of you are thinking i am gone mad but it is not like that.Try to apply it in your
organisation , in your life.
It will give you the best result possible. Now your thinking - On what behalf i am saying this.
I am saying this because every one or almost every one have left behind this word.And now a
people want to listen the truth. Just tell them the truth and you will see that it will give them
immense pleasure .

Everybody i am back after a long time to my blog for doing the same work.
oh god such a long time i didn't touch my blog.well i was kind busy with my one business trip.So i was out of the country for while and i hope you will not mind it .
well i learned a thing that whatever you are busy in ,you have to take out some time for the things you love most otherwise those thinks could go away from you temporary or permanent.
so from now onward i will do whatever it takes to write on my blog as it is also a part of my life.
