Whatever you do, just see it from future point of view.
Before doing and saying anything just observe it what will be the effect of it in the future. Sometimes innocent work and word becomes a major problem. And by the time we notice it its gets very late.
Mind it its truth let me give you a story.
There was a teacher. One day he took out honey from a jar and spread it on a stem of a tree. He wants to show his students that how some insects get attracts to that honey. After that practical class teacher and students went to their homes respectively. But that honey was attracting insects and honey bee as well. One cat was not able to resist herself by seeing the insects. That cat started catching them. By seeing cat a dog come to catch that cat. The cat gets injured.
The owner of cat, as he sees that his cat is crying he came to protect her cat. He started beating the dog.
And now dog was crying so the owner of dog came there to protect his dog. And after some time the whole village gathered there and divided into two groups-
1.Cat lover group
2.Dog lover group
but one good person manage to handle the situation and stopped a big village war.
In Corporate life we see these situations every now and than. Where one sends a message according to him (positive) and by the time it reaches to end person its meaning gets change. Its gets converted into negative.
In this story, that teacher was unaware of what his one innocent move going to take in future. It became the cause of war for the villagers.
Funda is-Before doing anything, we should think on it what will be the result of that. Especially when it is related to corporate and society.
