yep, I am talking about your annual turn over.Well i have seen in many companies that they provide good quality product but their turn over remains minimal.I researched on it i found some mistakes they do.
Some of them are here-


1. Approachability:
We discussed a lot about it in previous two post.In that we talked about how to approach a client/customer but here i will point it on - how to approach a employee.
Employees are main role player in increasing your turn over. So ask and speak gently with your employees.

2. Provide Max. satisfaction:
Providing satisfaction to customer is important to increase company's sales but providing satisfaction to employees is as important as to customers. monetary as well as non monetary. Why so ? hmm

This is because a company/organisation can't exist without people/employees or say human resources. If you will provide them satisfaction they will give you the result that you can expact and thus can increase your turnover.


3.Provide neat work environment:
As every person and specially every employee want to work , want to live in a place which is clean,clear . So if possible provide them basic things and good working environment.As it will not only increase their creativity but will increase their efficiency.


4.Organise your work:
I have seen in so many companies specially (pvt)company, their work remains un organised and this is main reason their work efficiency decreases and turn over as well.So try to organise your work from now onwords if you don't.



5.Take advice:
Yeah, here some people thinks - What advice? we don't need advice we are good to make decisions. But this is wrong. Try to take advice of your subordinates/ friends /superiors etc whether it is big decision or small .
This is because employees will feel that they are important for organisation and it will improve your image in eyes of them and believe me they will do anything for you then. And this is not they will give extra effort to achive that thing.

6.Training:
Train your employees from time to time to increase efficency.

7. Cost cutting:
No no , i am not saying to eliminate employees from your companies.But try to find out some other way to decrease production cost and increase profit. Like excessive wastage of raw material reduce it. Bring new technology, not quantitative but qualitative work force. etc, etc.

So these were the some basic ideas.
